These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of BTS Integrated Connections, LLC, doing business as MyFonCompany.
Consent to Receive Messages
When you provide your mobile telephone number and affirmatively request or consent to receive text messages from MyFonCompany, you authorize us to send text messages to that number for the purposes described when consent is obtained.
Depending upon the program or interaction, messages may include service notifications, appointment or installation information, support communications, account information, requested information, or promotional communications where you have consented to receive them.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing products or services.

Delivery of text messages is subject to wireless carrier networks and availability. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
Information collected through SMS communications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information in exchange for money. SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties for their own unrelated marketing purposes.
Service providers may process information as necessary to provide messaging, communications, hosting, support, or related services on our behalf.
